Prince has spent his career inside schools and organizations. Today he's Head of Institutional Equity & Inclusion at Emma Willard School, and before that he led admissions and organizational culture at Millbrook School. He's led teams, shaped enrollment, sat through the hard conversations, and built community from the inside.
