About
Prince Botchway founded Pathway to Better to do what he loves most: help leaders and organizations turn hard, tangled challenges into clarity and forward motion.
Prince Botchway · Founder
Prince has spent his career inside schools and organizations, most recently as Head of Institutional Equity & Inclusion at Emma Willard School, on the senior leadership team. Before that, at Millbrook School, he was Dean of DEIB and Associate Director of Admissions, where he shaped enrollment, strengthened culture, and guided the community through change.
He has sat on the strategy side, the enrollment side, and the leadership side of an institution. That range is the point: he understands how the pieces connect, where they get stuck, and how to move an organization forward without losing the people in it.
Born in Accra, Ghana and raised in Prince George's County, Maryland, Prince leads with warmth, candor, and a practitioner's humility. He also founded and runs Royal Athletes, a youth development organization, because moving people forward, at every age, is the thread through everything he does.
